Critical Journey Rules
- R1 — A reply to ANY WhatsApp message auto-pauses any active email journey for that lead.
- R2 — A lead can only be enrolled in one nurture journey at a time per channel.
- R3 — A WA reply triggers an alert and routes the live conversation to Customer Support.
